Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer success team within 30 days of receiving your veneers to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items

Place your custom veneers and all original packaging, including the impression kit materials, securely into the return shipping box.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Inspection

Once our lab receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or begin crafting your adjusted veneers within 7-10 business days.
